工作職責
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global service strategies, programs, and operational processes
- Manage and expand the global service network, including partners and service providers
- Own service contract management, including terms & conditions, pricing, and renewals
- Design and enhance service offerings to improve competitiveness and drive service revenue
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to support projects and deliver tailored service solutions
- Oversee spare parts planning and inventory strategy to ensure service efficiency and cost optimization
- Manage global RMA processes and drive continuous improvement
- Monitor service performance, including P&L, KPIs, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Supply Chain) to ensure seamless service delivery

Must Have
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in service sales, service operations, or after-sales management
- Proven experience in service business planning, pricing strategy, and P&L management
- Strong ability to manage complex projects and align cross-functional/global stakeholders
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
