Responsibilities
1. Maintenance and improvement of CAM-related process automation system 2. Maintenance and implementation/checking and improvement of tape reading process & DRC system 3. Responsible for maintenance and improvement of expansion and contraction pre-magnification system Library maintenance and design, maintenance and improvement of the automatic parameter system for shifting files.
Ideal Candidate
有貼膠, 點膠 或 雷射 或有自動化等等經驗, 大學(本科)以上, 英文 (等同TOEIC 450 或 英文四級 以上)
相關SMT/EMS廠工作經歷10年以上
