Responsibilities
1.制定研發長期發展計劃：制定年度研發策略與新品規劃，掌握市場趨勢，並提出創新方向。
2.掌握並分析市場餐飲潮流趨勢&消費者需求，進行產品設計，並評估推廣之可行性。
3.確保產品在大量製造時的品質穩定，以及建立、維護食品原料資料庫。
4.負責指導部屬完成新產品開發、舊品精進、新設備研究&製程研究等，推動產品開發專案，確保產品從概念到上市的全流程順利進行。
5.與行銷、業務、法規等部門緊密合作。
6.依據公司制度制定及優化部門各工作之作業流程
7.法規與合規管理：確保營運符合全球法規食品監督管理，監督公司品質管理系統實施之有效性，以符合國內外法規和標準
8.數據分析與決策：分析市場趨勢、消費者行為與業績數據，優化經營策略並提升營運績效。
