* Drive new business growth by proactively acquiring key accounts within the assigned territory, while executing a structured value-based sales process from prospecting through to deal closure.
* Partner cross-functionally with Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Channel Partners to develop and implement strategic account plans, ensuring alignment and effective execution.
* Maintain accurate pipeline management, including timely forecasting and regular updates to leadership, while delivering high-touch customer engagement and issue resolution.
* Establish deep expertise in the cybersecurity domain and CrowdStrike solutions, positioning differentiated value against competitors, and consistently exceed sales targets with strong ownership and flexibility to support global accounts.

* 5+ years of end-to-end sales experience in the Taiwan market, with strong expertise in channel partner collaboration and channel-driven go-to-market strategies; proven success in selling complex technology solutions to stakeholders from C-level to operational teams (cybersecurity experience is a plus).
* Consistently exceeds sales targets in quota-carrying roles, with strong proficiency in leveraging sales tools, virtual platforms, and partner ecosystems to scale results in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence customers through a challenger mindset, positioning differentiated value and driving adoption of improved security approaches.
* Highly driven and adaptable professional with strong ownership, resilience, and self-discipline; demonstrates coachability, continuous learning agility, strategic thinking, and fluency in Mandarin.
