1. 建立健全財務管理制度，對財務部門的日常管理、資金預算、資金運作等進行總體控制，包含國內外子公司之輔導
2. 建構各部門預算規劃、成效追蹤及成本分析系統
3. 提供公司各項財務相關分析及報表，並針對異常科目做分析處理
4. 覆核財務報表，並檢討公司各單位營運及預算執行狀況
5. 擬訂公司財務投資規劃，規避投資風險，包含集團貨幣市場額度及資金之規劃及執行
6. 對公司稅收進行整體籌畫與管理，按時完成稅務申報以及年度審計工作
7. 負責收入、成本、費用的審核及監督，及時核對應收應付款項及往來帳
8. 對公司重大的投資、融資、並購等經營活動提供建設和決策支持，參與風險評估、指導、跟蹤和控制
9. 國內外子公司之輔導及海外控股公司相關業務之管理及維護
10. 其他專案規劃與執行
11. 公開發行公司相關法令遵循，並與董事會、審計委員會及股東會等建立並保持良好的關係
12. 與財政、稅務、銀行、證券等相關政府部門及會計事務所等相關仲介機構建立並保持良好的關係

1.海外營運單位財務報表覆核、管理報表編製、財務分析報告等規劃與建立

1. 負責企業全面行政管理，涵蓋人資、行政、財會、資訊，確保運營效率與合規性(具財務背景優先參考)
2. 擬定人資年度發展計畫，優化人事編制、職等設計職掌分配，提升組織運作效率。
3. 制定年度工作計畫預算，負責經費合理分配與有效管控，確保資源運用最大效益。
4. 研擬審核完善企業管理制度，確保符合經營需求且因應市場變化，提升治理效能。
5. 建立企業文化契合的人才發展體系，透過系統化培訓，強化人才資本提升競爭力。
6. 熟悉勞動法規，經營員工關係管理，積極預防處理勞資爭議，維護良好勞動關係。

- 10+ years of experience in an executive level finance/accounting role
- Senior finance leadership experience (VP, Controller, CFO)
- Significant US GAAP or IFRS knowledge
- Comprehensive understanding of local tax regulations
- Qualified as a CPA or CMA
- Manufacturing industry experience is required
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and experience directly interacting with senior leaders
- Strong leadership, decision making and communication skills

1. Ensure accurate/timely accounting close. Reconcile bank accounts.
2. Monitor expenditure, cash receipts and forecast changes to the global budget; conduct expense analysis.
3. Interact with external auditors, providing necessary analyses and schedules to ensure adherence to internal control procedures.
4. Prepare monthly and quarterly business review, delivering insightful variance analysis and executive-level presentations for senior management
5. Lead comprehensive annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and financial objectives.
6. Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate investment proposals, assess return on investment (ROI), and facilitate informed capital allocation decisions.
7. Provide strategic financial insights and analysis to guide commercial decisions and pivotal initiatives aimed at maximizing commercial performance.
