Job Summary:
Responsible for developing overseas markets, managing customer relationships, and driving business growth. The role involves customer acquisition, project coordination, order management, and participation in international exhibitions for OEM/ODM bathroom and hardware products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with overseas customers, including importers, distributors, and brand owners.
2. Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold outreach, and industry networking.
3. Handle customer inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order processing.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product development, production schedules, and on-time delivery.
5. Monitor order status, shipment arrangements, and payment collections.
6. Conduct market analysis and prepare sales reports for management review.
7. Plan and participate in international trade shows and customer visits.

Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years of international sales or business development experience.
2. Experience in OEM/ODM business is preferred; hardware, bathroom fixtures, building materials, or related industries is a plus.
3. Good understanding of international trade processes and export operations.
4. Strong business development, communication, and negotiation skills.
5. Proficient in English (written and spoken); TOEIC 700+ preferred.
6. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
7. Willingness to travel overseas for customer visits and exhibitions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with international importers, distributors, or brand owners.
Experience participating in international trade exhibitions.
Familiarity with factory audits and customer compliance requirements.
