Translate user requirements into mechanical designs
As part of cross-functional development teams, you will collaborate with R&D partners, industrial designers, hardware engineers, project managers, etc. to mature new products. You will be responsible for the technical solutions and proof of concept during the early design stages, covering all aspects of the mechanical development. You will follow from initial ideation to final launch in most of the projects.

More specifically, you will:

Lead the mechanical design work. Guide, support and supervise the engineers in the mechanical team and be the first interface to other project members in day to day work.

In order to succeed in this the Mechanical design lead should:

• Design new products in 3D in CAD with respect to design details, usability, materials, manufacturing requirements, etc.
• Drive function planning in accordance with frame plan. And drive function deliverables accordingly.
