1.Talent Acquisition & Business Partnering
Drive end-to-end recruitment for senior roles, developing targeted sourcing strategies for niche tech sectors (Silicon IP, IC Design, etc.).
2.Recruitment Process Management
Optimize the entire recruitment process, from workflows and candidate experience to managing JDs, assessment tools, and KPIs.
3.Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Manage relationships and performance of external recruitment vendors, including headhunters and partners.
4.Employer Branding
Execute employer branding initiatives to boost market presence and enhance candidate engagement.
5.Market Intelligence & Talent Insights
Analyze market trends and competitor data to provide strategic hiring recommendations to leadership.
6.HR Account Service
Act as an HR business partner for assigned departments, advising on workforce planning and organizational design.
