Responsibilities
職位目的：發展與推動AI技術實際應用於銀行各單位，擔任各使用單位與AI技術團隊間之溝通橋樑，整合需求與優化既有應用以加速客戶服務價值提升。
重要職責/工作內容：
1.發掘並規劃上述業務及相關中後台AI應用場景。
2.負責上述業務及相關中後台單位AI應用方案導入。
3.負責建立上述業務之AI應用成效追蹤與回饋機制。

Ideal Candidate
1. 具備人員管理能力，且具備技術理解力：如人工智慧模型或資料科學知識、基礎程式或資料處理能力，
2. 具一定商業敏感度：熟悉銀行中後台業務如客服、風控、資訊、法遵等業務、以及法人/金融市場等金融相關業務。
3. 具AI、數據分析、流程自動化(如RPA)或優化prompt等新技術有實務經驗，對智能化轉型有高度興趣。
4. 良好的跨部門溝通與協調能力，能在多方合作中推動專案進度並確保落地。
