NPI採購與成本工程師

•Plan / Schedule / Execute supply chain operation function to achieve on time delivery thus meeting company targets
•Coordinate sourcing / procurement, production / planning schedule, and warehouse operations, to achieve smooth logistic operation
•Provide clear and informative periodic status updates to management
•Generation accurate delivery dates meeting customer delivery requirement
•Develop measurable supply chain metrics, tools, and procedures, to gauge performance and drive improvement
•Manage and control company’s global inventory to achieve inventory level accuracy
•Logistic cost reduction, e.g., shipping costs
•Identify and communicate production issues leading to timely resolution
•Generate production schedules to meet sales forecast, revenue goals, and customer requirements
•Lead company’s continuous improvement, capability to model, forecast, track and “course-correct” supply chain

Qualifications:
•BS degree or equivalent
•5+ years o

1. 產銷協調： 擔任業務、採購與製造部門之間的橋樑。當遇到緊急訂單（急單）或抽單時，負責調度資源並重新排產。

2. 進度追蹤與異常排除： 監控每日生產進度，若發生設備故障、缺料或良率下滑等異常，須立即採取應變措施，確保能準時交貨。

3. 進銷存管理： 負責原物料、半成品及成品的收貨、清點、入庫、儲位規劃、發料、盤點及出貨流程。

4. 庫存精準度確保： 透過定期與不定期盤點（如實地盤點、循環盤點），確保 ERP 系統中的「帳面數量」與倉庫的「實際物料」完全吻合。

5. 呆滯料掌控與處理： 定期清查並提報庫存中的呆滯物料或過期品，協同研發、採購或業務單位進行消化或報廢，避免資金積壓。

6. 倉庫管理與規劃、物流供應商管理及相關流程規劃。

7. 控管生產管理計畫、 控管進出口物品通關作業。

8. 其他上級交辦事項。

上班地點：桃園市蘆竹區

需出差，一年累積時間未定

1-執行電源產品，品質及供應商管理與稽核
2-負責對供應商的原料、關鍵部件、在製品品質監控；
3-組織參與供應商生産過程中品質控制（品質監督）的執行；
4-負責對供應商交貨前的成品檢驗監控；
5-輔導供應商製程改善
6.領品保團隊執行 TQM (全面品質管理)政策
5-協調供貨商對産品進行調查與處理，督促工廠進行持續改善

本專案為機場公共工程之設計、安裝、技術支援及後續維修

專案事務協助:
1. 工地品管計畫之擬定、實施及修正及送審
2. 文件管理、現場施工材料品質管理監控
3. 依照品管標準進行工程進度內業文件製作以及施工品質監督

1. Plan, implement and coordinate activities related to quality system, quality assurance, quality verification, customer problem handling and daily management of the department.
2. Collection and update of domestic/foreign medical device regulatory certifications and related regulations and standards.
3. ISO13485 and GMP quality system audit related matters.
4. Matters related to domestic/foreign medical device clinical trials.

製程與品質監控： 主導產品從研發導入至量產的品質控制，監控關鍵品質指標（KPI）並推動改善。
客訴與偏差處理： 主導重大客訴調查，針對偏差分析原因並監督矯正預防措施（CAPA）的落實。
團隊管理與教育訓練： 領導品保團隊，對生產人員進行品質觀念與技術培訓
