工作職責
1) Installation & Qualification Support
• Lead or support installation of Tephra tools at customer sites in Taiwan/SEA
• Execute or support process qualification plans (IQ/OQ/PQ where applicable)
• Validate tool performance, stability, and repeatability
• Document results and provide feedback to Engineering and Service teams
2) Process Development & Optimization
• Work with Forge Nano process engineering to optimize ALD processes for customer applications
• Support evaluation of new materials (TiN, Ru, etc.) and process windows
• Identify process risks, variability, and reliability concerns
• Drive continuous improvement of 200mm/300mm platform performance.
3) Customer Demos & Technical Engagement
• Support customer demos at local facilities or partner labs
• Present technical data and results to customers in a clear, professional manner
• Serve as primary local technical contact during trials and evaluations
4) Field Support & Troubleshooting

理想人選
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor process engineering or equipment support
• Hands-on experience with:
o ALD, PVD, CVD, or related thin-film processes
o Semiconductor tools or capital equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Fluency in Mandarin and English
Preferred Experience
• Experience with 200mm/300mm wafer tools
• Familiarity with reliability testing (HAST, HTOL, etc.)
• Experience working with customers in the Taiwan semiconductor ecosystem
• Prior exposure to:
o Fab operations
o Equipment installation
o Qualification processes
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor process engineering or equipment support
• Hands-on experience with:
o ALD, PVD, CVD, or related thin-film processes
o Semiconductor tools or capital equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
