工作职责
1. OEM/ODM project management. Develop and execute project plans, monitor and report project progress and ensure timely completion within scope and budget.
2. Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and meet deadlines for deliverables.
3. Identify and mitigate project risks. 4. Cost analysis and prepare RFQ responses. 5. Manage NPI process.。
理想人选
1. Proven experience as a project manager demonstrating successful project completion. OEM/ODM, NPI experience is preferred.
2. Strong organization and leadership skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Good track record for critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
5. Fluent in both spoken and written English.
6. Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
