• Lead a team to develop new cleaning formulations for worldwide semiconductor customers
• Explore new formulation platform and new components through establishing fundamental understanding, data analysis, result interpretation, and design experiment
• Design and perform studies to characterize the interaction between a liquid solution and a solid surface, including metal, metal oxides and dielectric materials
• Collaborate with external partners and academic institutions on development of new methodology for characterzing surface chesmitry.
• Establish new methodology for tackling customers’ critical issues and support application developement
• Management of formulation development activities for cleaning solutions ranging from timelines, project planning and coordination of studies with other groups
