- 10+ years of experience in an executive level finance/accounting role
- Senior finance leadership experience (VP, Controller, CFO)
- Significant US GAAP or IFRS knowledge
- Comprehensive understanding of local tax regulations
- Qualified as a CPA or CMA
- Manufacturing industry experience is required
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and experience directly interacting with senior leaders
- Strong leadership, decision making and communication skills
