* 提供可行法律和商業解決方案，以確保公司在各個司法管轄區能成功運營
* 監督並領導團隊，負責集團所有法律事務、項目任務及溝通談判，包括合同、訴訟/仲裁、合規、僱傭相關事務、併購和知識產權相關事務。

Ideal Candidate

* 具備律師資格
* 10 年以上高科技或半導體相關產業工作經驗
* 精通英文，能獨立工作及團隊合作
