Responsibilities
Product : OLED DDI
1. Develop integrated verification environment.
2. Verify designs with system verilog and system verilog assertion.
3. Develop and optimize verification flow and methodology.
4. Good knowledge of IC design flow.
5. Scripting experience using scripting languages like Perl and Python.

Ideal Candidate
1. AMOLED display driver IC design experience is a plus.
2. Good knowledge of SystemVerilog/Assertion is a plus.
3. Good knowledge of shell/tcl/perl/python scripts is a plus.
4. Good job stability would be a plus.
5. Experience with the verification methodology such as UVM is a plus.

1.負責客戶產品測試異常分析，制定測試方法改善方案。
2.主導低良率異常問題處理，跨部門協調找出根因並落實改善。
3.持續優化量產測試程式與參數，提高測試效率與良率表現。
4.監督並管理部門KPI達成狀況，推動專案目標執行。
5.能以英文與客戶或外包商溝通測試技術及專案進度。
6.執行高階主管交辦事項及專案任務。

負責生產製程管制與調配
(一)、PP的主要工作有產能規劃/產能準備與產能填充管理
1.產能規劃管理 : 依據產品需求, 對應的Product model及其Process module模擬出工廠最具競爭力的產能規劃與投資建議.
2.產能準備管理 : 依據營運計劃, 展開並執行產能準備計劃管理及確認Follow導入量產料號170有ready好.
3.產銷平台與生產計劃管理 : 對未來6週與未來3個月的Loading分析與生產計劃管理.
4.帳務管理 : 無效WIP帳的管理.
(二)、PC的主要工作有生產交期管理
1. WIP推移管理 : 執行包含:各項生產管理系,達到各站推移依照生產規劃.
2. 交期管理 : PC產量控管指標 OTS / Past due/Pull-in Push-out 管理.
3. 帳務管理 :R帳/Hold 帳 /盤點的WIP管理.
