Performance Footwear Designer

Design & Development
• Design and development of performance insoles, slides, and footwear from concept to final production.
• Conduct trend research, material exploration, and consumer insights analysis to inform innovative designs.
• Create detailed concept sketches, graphic designs, 2D renderings, and 3D models for review and refinement.
• Apply appropriate materials, applications, and outsole designs to optimize performance and aesthetics.
• Work closely with product engineers, manufacturers, and developers to optimize design feasibility and production efficiency.
Technical & Prototyping
• Develop technical drawings, specs, and construction details for cross-functional team and factory execution,
• Collaborate with factories and suppliers to test and develop new materials and manufacturing techniques.
• Oversee the creation of prototypes and samples, making fit, durability, and comfort adjustments.

• 5+ years of experience in footwear design (performance, running, or technical footwear preferred).
• +Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Footwear Design, or Product Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and commercially successful footwear designs.
• Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D design software (e.g., Rhino, SolidWorks, or AutoCad).
• Deep understanding of footwear materials and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to translate consumer insights into high-impact designs.
• Experience collaborating with factories, suppliers, and development teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Passion for innovation, sustainability, and pushing footwear design boundaries.
• Proficient in English (Speaking, reading and writing)
