Plan and evaluate the optimal production mode configuration of various types of machines in the department. 3. Plan and evaluate process stability and machine uptime improvement plans. 4. Planning and introduction of department automation system 5. Human resource management and development of the units under its jurisdiction 6. Tasks assigned by superior supervisors

1. More than 10 years of semiconductor diffusion work experience, more than 10 years of management experience 2. Have good leadership skills and be able to lead the team to achieve goals and tasks 3. Experience in vehicle regulatory certification is preferr
