【職位目的】: AI人工智慧應用規劃、導入評估與跨組織專案管理
【重要職責/工作內容】 :
1.擬定創新提案及規劃簡報製作 : 與子公司科技導入團隊及業務需求團隊密切合作，負責新科技業務端應用需求訪談及應用規劃，與同事們共同提出年度規劃應用藍圖。
2.對技術發展與業務情境應用之掌握 : 時時掌握市場科技迭代動態，了解業務應用情境與發想新科技應用場景及相關法令規範。
3.創新科技新創評估與合作洽談 : 成為部門年度舉辦媒合會之一員，共同篩選國內外新創與洽談合作方向，評估技術與應用範疇與洽談商業模式。
4.技術驗測與評估 : 負責與子公司業務端合作，確定新科技合適之場景，擔任POC驗測PM，擬定驗測指標與產出驗測報告。
5.專案管理與導入 : 專案落地時與子公司共組專案團隊，並成為Product Owner推動專案、高層報告、進行專案執行、進度追蹤及資源協調，以至落地初期運營。

計畫、主持或協調與電子資料、資訊系統、系統分析或電腦程式設計相關之活動。
1.與使用者、管理階層、供應商及技術人員共同評估電腦與系統之需求。
2.確保各部門之資訊設備順暢運作，分析工作流程，排定作業順序，設立標準值並訂定截期。
3.評估公司對於資訊科技的需求，並提出改善方案（如：軟硬體更新）。
4.建構電腦資訊系統，確保資料之安控，並進行損害修復。
5.指派並監督系統分析師、程式設計師與其他電腦相關作業人員的工作。
6.檢視系統圖表與程式，並於安裝使用前確認其安全性與適當性。
7.控制設備操作之預算與支出。

1.負責公司產品方向的整體產品策略和產品規劃，並根據產品規劃負責特定產品的產品設計和定義等
2.能夠與合作夥伴保持密切的溝通，與全球各區域銷售及市場部門保持密切的配合，共同豐富產品線客戶群資源，完成產品在全球範圍的推廣與銷售
3.制定產品上線和改版計劃，協同專案經理，推動產品的測試及發布，完成產品全生命週期管理

•Excellent project planning and negotiation skills to working between internal support department and user
•Excellent to management/schedule control/handle with multiple project
•Management the required resources/costs/quality/timeline and risks associated with assigned projects.
•Estimate project schedule with each tasks
•Reporting of each tasks tracking and status
•Maintain excellence customer service and relationship management
•Maintain close cooperation with group various departments
•Excellent English negotiation and written skills
•Working experience in the IT field is required.
•Excellent TCP/IP and DNS skills.
•Payment item preparation, processing and recording.
