The Special Assistant to the President provides strategic, operational, and administrative support to the President. Gain deep insights into the company’s international chemical materials trading business, participate in high-level decision-making.
A. Executive Leadership Development:
i. Work closely with the President on strategic decisions, gaining exposure to leadership practices and stakeholder management.
ii. Participate in board meetings, executive sessions, and negotiations to build strategic leadership capabilities.
iii. Lead strategic projects to develop decision-making authority and business ownership.
B. Strategic Business Support:
i. Assist in formulating and executing long-term growth strategies, focusing on international markets and business development.
ii. Analyze industry trends and risks to support strategic planning and identify opportunities.
iii. Prepare briefings, reports, and proposals for stakeholders.
C. Operational Excellence & Oversight:
i. Oversee cross-functional projects related to procurement, logistics, compliance, and financial performance.
ii. Collaborate with department heads to understand core functions and challenges.
iii. Identify inefficiencies and recommend

- Develop and execute product strategies, including market and competitive analysis, and product positioning.
- Lead product development and procurement management, ensuring product designs meet quality standards and managing inventory and the supply chain.

一、工作內容:
(1) 配合集團的發展政策進而制定並執行當地據點的業務拓展策略。
(2) 負責擴大當地據點的業績,帶領當地據點的拓展銷售實績,帶領當地據點業務團隊成員,制定業績目標,執行並達成業績目標。 定期檢視周、月、季等的銷售檢討報告及銷售進度內容與指標情況。
(3) 建立專業職場的工作文化。 開發各應用別的客戶,開發潛在客戶,
收集市場產業與競爭品並分析市場資訊,進而拓展市場。
(4) 提升團隊士氣,解決團隊問題。 彙整當地業務發展報告予總公司。
(5) 當地據點跨部門協調,執行必要的衝突管理,總部相關部門溝通協調。
(6) 管理當地據點行政總務事務,辦公設備、同仁出勤等。
(7) 其他上級主管交辦事項。
