1. Sourcing new products and vendors.
2. Evaluating and selecting suppliers based on technology, quality, responsiveness, delivery, and cost.
3. Negotiating purchase and contract manufacturing agreements.
4. Reducing costs of raw materials, packaging materials, and private label products to meet annual targets.
5. Managing import logistics for raw materials and products, overseeing international trade affairs including imports and exports, addressing quality issues, and handling payment procedures.

1. Responsible for matters related to computerization of enterprise-wide operations (including factories, product PMs, system software, hardware, communications and information security control of each functional unit), and establish, implement, review, and improve various projects based on the company's operational needs and methods. 3.有10年以上上市櫃公司會計主管，具20人以上財會團隊管理經驗。
4.符合證券交易法公開發行公司會計主管資格條件,有會計師執照
5. 熟悉IFRS及國內證管、稅務相關法令。
6. 會計部門組織管理經驗及各式財稅報編制經驗。
7. 具備投資、企業併購相關知識與經驗。
