GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for the efforts, results, and success of an organization's Finance & Accounting
functions. Provides financial analysis, advice and support to help senior executives make key decisions.
DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develop and implement comprehensive international tax strategies to minimize tax risks, ensure
compliance with global regulations, and optimize tax efficiencies to maximize the company’s
profitability.
Assist in company-wide budgetary planning of each division and subsidiary and also oversee, review,
and adhere to the budgets for each division and subsidiary on regular base.
Ensure that all of the company's financial practices are in line in statutory regulations and legislation
globally.
Analyze the financial climate and market trends to assist senior executives in creating strategic plans
for the future
Interpret complex financial information and provide updates and information as needed
Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions
Supervise financial assistants and other employees in the facilitation of day-to-day operations,
including tracking financial data, invoicing, payroll, etc.
Prepare official global reports on a monthly and annual basis
Seek out methods and practices to minimize financial risk.
Create and maintain relationships with service providers and contractors, including banking
institutions and accountants
Update and implement financial policies and procedures
Manage and lead all subsidiaries’ finance team and ensure the operational efficiency and follow the
global practice and policy.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Advanced degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field;
At least 15 years of experience in finance, and more than 10 years managerial experience.
Experience in manufacturing
Experience in international tax
Had worked in global companies as Head of Finance and had manage several countries and know how
to deal issues through different approach and recognize the cultural issue.
Excellent negotiation and communications skills both in Mandarin and English
Administrative and managerial skills
Analytical ability and strong attention to detail
Computer skills
