2.主導非標自動化模組的機構自主開發與導入，及推薦與評選合格自動化設備供應商。
3.進行自動化設備之機構簡化與自動化部品之市場調查以及掌握非標自動化之發展趨勢，以降低總體導入成本。
4.有效的轉化內、外部製程自動化失敗案例為最適化的製程自動化設計準則。
5.制訂最適化的製程自動化開發流程以縮短總體導入時程。
