Responsibilities
- Achieve aggressive sales and client retention targets
- Identify target markets, formulate and implement sound market entry and penetration strategies for various new products and services
- Identify, establish and cultivate key landmark accounts
- Build sales teams capable of effectively executing agreed upon market strategies
- Identify, recruit, and manage channels for effective distribution into selective vertical and markets
- Work closely with all departments to enhance and enrich our solutions to meet market demands
- Upgrade sales management systems to drive for higher sales productivity and to deliver accurate sales forecasts
- Handle various sales projects
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 10 years proven sales management experience, of which 5 must be in senior sales management, ideally in the information services, software, database, or internet industry
- Strong direct corporate sales experience
- Proven track record in building and managing sales teams of over 10 sales representatives
- Strong business acumen, leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven, positive, and entrepreneurial
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
