2. 市場情報分析並建立應對策略，制定相關產品銷售計畫、促銷規劃與業務推展...等。
3. 依營業管理守則(日常管理、通路管理、客戶管理)。
4. 開發團購、福委會、會銷等各類客戶，拓展封閉通路市場，以達業績目標。
5. 領導與激勵團隊成員成長學習，培養與建立專業知識與技能，提升人員生產力，達到生意與組織目標。
