Responsibilities
Purpose of this Position:
The position holder is to collaborate with business leaders in Taiwan and responsible for business’s full spectrum of HR functional operation, including recruiting and selection, compensation and benefits, talent development, performance management, office administration, labor legislation, legal compliance and other HR matters that aligns with Corporate policies and values.
Strategy
- Provide strategic guidance and partnership to business leaders, enabling delivery of Business plan and Market plan.
- Provide local context and insights for business to facilitate local adoption and the system implementation.
- Identify, prioritize and develop organizational capabilities and behaviors to build a workforce that is fit for future.
Business
- Effectively partner with, challenge and influence business leaders to deliver the right outcomes on people-related decisions, focusing on key tasks.
- Being agile and embrace culture
Ideal Candidate
1. More than 8 years of working experience in HR functions covering recruitment, learning and development and compensation and employee welfare.
2. Familiar and experience with the practices of labor legislation and payroll operations.
3. Fluent in spoken and written languages skills for both Mandarin and English.
4. Familiar with Success Factors will be a plus.
