4. 英文需多益750分以上,中高級
5. 導入HRD重要專案,並符合國際品牌端需求,創造雙贏
*Develop annual procurement plans.
*Identify suppliers in overseas subsidiaries and develop relationships.
*Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers and group companies in mainland China.
*Periodically negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost reduction targets for the company.
*Analyze market information on raw materials or equipment supply.
*Manage the procurement department to achieve annual objectives.
Formulate production and diverse operational goals, leading the team to accomplish these goals.
Manage and operate manufacturing, processes, equipment, quality, human resources, and procurement to align with company requirements.
Efficiently control production costs, ensure quality, improve efficiency, and reduce production costs.
Effectively manage the quality of suppliers and outsourcers, achieving schedule adherence and production yield control.
Plan and implement a quality management system.
Responsible for various production process improvement projects in the factory area, promoting proposals from relevant departments to increase production efficiency and reduce costs.
Execute tasks assigned by the CEO.

3. Full-function HR (組織規劃/招募任用/教育訓練/薪酬福利/員工關係/績效管理)
1. 熟悉ESG相關最新法規政策,國際法規,能源管理/溫室氣體/碳足跡/TCFD
2. 相關工廠,廢排水/環境安全衛生/消防相關
3. 制定稽核計畫與廠區實地稽核驗證
4. 跨部門合作,協助推動永續發展,並擬定改善策略
5. 英文中高級以上,能做好ESG英文相關報告,配合客戶驗廠
6. 熟悉 ISO相關/GRI/TCFD/SBTi.
