2. Set up KPI , review and improve to achieve KPI target
3. Host weekly CSD reviewing meeting to review weekly follow up and report to manager
4. Coordinate cross function team to solve customer complain or request
5. Warranty contract review and negotiate with customer if necessary
6. Regular/Irregular business trip at home and abroad to handle RMA and customer complaint
8. Negotiate compensation issue with customer for special case
9. Handle matters assigned by the director/manager

2.Team management experience 3 years above
3.With cost concept
4.Sole visit customer to handling complain and RMA at home and abroad
5.With good English to communicate with customer directly
