工作職責
Product Manager works to drive and optimize category level productfeatures, positioning and go-to-market initiatives in support of companyproduct portfolio. This includes product launch planning and execution,working with marketing team to develop content and programs that drivefield success, market awareness, and channel enablement. - Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of product planning, sales or marketing experience.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in product development processes, product/solution areas, and customer needs and usage.
- Strong cross-functional team management, open minded, strong interpersonal skills and adaptive communication style, professionalism.
- Ability to resolve complex problems, drive for results proactively, innovative, think and lead strategically.
- Making decisions strategically on prioritization and communicate prioritiesto stakeholders.
- Excellent Chinese & English written and oral communication
- Professional presentation and public speaking.
- Prospecting, persuasion and negotiation Skills.
- Hosting meeting and closing skills.
- Overseas business travel may be required.
