1. Development of new application products and projects based on motion sensing/capture technology based on inertial sensing units (IMU). 2. Develop potential distributors for the company’s existing motion sensing/capture products and expand the distribution market. 3. Maintain and operate existing channel application providers and channel application relationships. 4. Product display and business promotion, and regular reporting of business progress. 5. Handle sales-related internal process operations. 6. Assist in the planning, execution and participation of exhibitions for domestic/international related applications. 1. CSD organization planning , recruiting , training and management 2. Set up KPI , review and improve to achieve KPI target 3. Host weekly CSD reviewing meeting to review weekly follow up and report to manager 4. Coordinate cross function team to solve customer complain or request 5. Warranty contract review and negotiate with customer if necessary 6. Regular/Irregular business trip at home and abroad to handle RMA and customer complaint 8. Negotiate compensation issue with customer for special case 9. Handle matters assigned by the director/manager
