o A minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Training Manager or in a similar role. Experience in managing learning projects across multiple sites is highly desirable.
• Leadership:
o Proven leadership in managing a training team of 6+ members, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments. Skilled in executing training programs aligned with company transformation strategies.
• Skills:
o Strong commitment to continuous learning and cross-functional development. Proficient in process improvement, project management, problem analysis, and resolution. Demonstrates a proactive approach to challenges with a can-do attitude.
• Project Management:
o Ability to plan and execute global company-wide and multinational projects.
• Language Proficiency:
o Proficient in English, with strong communication skills in both written and spoken forms.
