1.帶領團隊達到預訂生產及營運業績目標,負責公司內部營運管理。
2.擬定公司營運計劃與制訂管理制度,並維持市場競爭力。
3.執行公司短中長期營運策略專案。
4.推動部門可控管費用,降低生產運轉成本費用。
5.負責工廠生產管理、製程改善及解決生產異常。
6.規劃、審核公司各項管理制度,以符合經營管理之需求。
7.有對應車廠產業經驗及有IATF16949經驗者佳。
