Responsibilities

1. 協助主廚進行廚務管理工作,令業務順利進行,並擔任職務代理人
2. 負責出菜之品質掌控
3. 協助新進員工訓練之安排-包含實習生/學徒/廚師們各個工作崗位學習
4. 督導員工服裝儀容,以確保其遵守公司食品安全衛生標準

Ideal Candidate

* 具備西餐廚師證照、衛生講習時數卡
* 能配合輪班與排班
