1.熟悉建築法規，配合前期建築規劃設計及各項評估作業整合。
2.跨部門協調及整合（平面、立面、剖面及室內設計協調、建議與計算）。
3.建築師及相關廠商整合、溝通與協調。
4.建築規劃及部門管理。
