Qualifications
工地工程稽核與驗收工程管理-品質管理
Responsibilities
1.實地稽核各項目工程、營建、機電及採購發包之工程品質、進度、結算等執行狀況。
2.執行專案性稽核，發現內部控制制度缺失及可能風險，提出改善建議。
3.內部控制、內部稽核制度及相關管理辦法之制(修)訂。
4.年度內部控制制度自行評估作業之覆核。
5.擬定各項安全衛生管理辦法執行公司內、外部安全衛生業務。
6.規劃督導安全衛生設施之檢點與檢查、處理突發之勞工安全衛生事宜。
7.執行安全衛生督導及稽核、安全衛生教育訓練。
8.主管交辦事項。

Ideal Candidate
1.具5年以上管理職經驗與營造現場施工管理經驗
2.具備汽機車尤佳
3.營造相關科科系畢業尤佳
4.經歷完整個案，工區整體規劃管理經驗
