Responsibilities
1. 擬定工務部門(包含船舶維修處、物料配件處)年度策略，規劃並執行年度計畫，定期檢視成果並控制單位預算，以確保部門年度目標達成
2. 監督船舶維修及檢驗流程並提供技術指導，以確保船舶維修作業符合政府法規及船舶安全營運
3. 規劃與管理船務物料配件及耗材採購，以確保部門成本有效管控與物料配件及時供給
4. 提供工務相關諮詢與資源調度，以確保船舶正常營運
5. 檢視新船藍圖，督導新船建造與規格訂定，以確保新造船舶品質
Ideal Candidate
1.15年以上航運經驗，有5年以上工務主管經歷
2.熟悉船舶檢驗/保養/修繕事宜
3.英文要能夠溝通
