Responsibilities
1 Lead hardware design team in an automotive electronics company in Taipei
2 Work with US, Japan and Europe automotive customer project teams
3 Manage resources on project-oriented basis
4 Coordinate with other engineering, operation and production functions
5 Build path to team growth in the company and personal career advancement
6 Report to R&D head in the company

Ideal Candidate
* 15-20 years in electronic design and leadership
* 5-10 years in engineering management
* Automotive industry experience is Must
* Ability to lead hardware engineering team in product development
* Experience in ODM engineering projects with overseas customers
* System design capability
* Good communicator
* Familiarity with ARM based systems a plus
* Fluent English a plus
