Responsibilities

1.帶領團隊建置與維運系統，如：業務員輔銷等外圍相關系統
2.與需求單位進行需求訪談、系統功能之規劃、分析及設計
3.撰寫系統規格及製作相關開發文件
4.掌控系統開發進度及開發品質管控
5.進行問題分析與追蹤改善

Ideal Candidate

1.需有金融業系統開發經驗，保險業尤佳
2.需有人員管理經驗，預計帶領5人團隊
3.能自行研究專案所需之解決方案並能進行實作
4.溝通與協調：需跨單位溝通協調，完成交辦任務
