• To plan and engage the distributors’ network with the promotion of local, regional and world-wide events and initiatives for Taiwan, including to organize corporate systematized training materials, as well as all other DMOs (Distributors’ Business & Daily Methods of Operations) for distributors to grow company's sales and distributors base.
• To be responsible for ensuring efficient processes are developed, implemented and continuously improved, giving rise to optimal operational productivity in Sales Dept.
• To expand and enhance the communications between distributors and company's by providing accurate, up-to-date and reliable information.
• To get connected with regional office and headquarter office for new or best practice implementation

1. 制定年度產品發展方向，與銷售策略，保持對生技產品具有深度了解與敏感度。
2. 擔任生技處最高營運管理人，負責RD/業務/通路/行銷等團隊。
3. 運用數據分析挖掘產業趨勢，給予產品優化方向，見解與改善方向，達 成業績績效。
4. 熟悉並經營拓展各種通路，藥局/賣場/電商/經銷商，制定具方向的策略 計畫
