Responsibilities

1. 申訴抱怨案件處理,協助人員管理、培訓、督導
2. 統計分析諮詢相關作業並提出改善
3. 其他主管交辦事項

Ideal Candidate

1. 8-10年以上壽險電話諮詢服務經驗,需熟悉壽險客服流程
2.對客服工作具高度熱忱&良好溝通技&高抗壓性
3.曾經擔任客服小組長尤佳
