1. Maintain customer relationship
2. Handle RFQ for new and existing customers
3. Negotiate cost/quotation internally and externally
4. Monitor and track new project status during NPI to MP phase
5. Follow up major quality issues
6. Achieve revenue target and execute BU's strategy
7. Review NDA and contract
8. Manage account P&L

Ideal Candidate
1. With 5+ years of experience in business management.
2. EMS industry experience is highly preferred.
3. Fluent in English speaking and writing.
4. Japanese is plus
