股務作業公司治理評鑑股東會、董事會等會議籌備、文件編製及會議
Responsibilities
1. 負責股務管理及相關作業。
2. 規劃及召集公司董事會、股東會、議程及前後置作業事項專案管理。
3. 負責股東會年報、議事手冊編製、公開資訊揭露、上傳相關業務。
4. 公司治理評鑑業務，包含協調各單位執行公司治理專案。
5. ESG相關業務。
6. 主管交辦事項。
