Qualifications

職務分析與職等設計HRBP薪資與績效獎酬辦法設計

Responsibilities

1.60%:海外據點 C & B 制度、辦法與作業流程之監督/分析/調查/檢視/建議。
2.30%:薪資工程: (設計/分析/對策提議);薪資調查 (HQ & 海外據點);特殊職缺人才召募;薪資獎酬制度設計;HR跨功能專案支援;海外人才召募協助等。
3.其他10%:年度HR專案。

Ideal Candidate

溝通能力佳。
數學敏銳度與邏輯力強。
諳大型HRIS系統或具海外HR工作經驗或負責海外HRM者尤佳。
