提案確認後開發打樣: （1）開發供應商，例如成衣/布料/副料廠商 （2）建立打樣產品製造單：須能夠考量後段大貨製程難易度 ->成衣生製單製作(機械圖作工圖繪製，生產製造單，主副料表，尺寸表，樣衣品質細節確認，擬定做工要求) （3）開發進度跟進：主副料確認，打版進度，打樣進度，整合整理以符合開貨lead time （4）監督樣品打樣：打樣樣衣板型做工檢查、尺寸丈量，並與版師樣師溝通，確認樣衣品質 （5）商品試穿修正討論：提出商品穿搭配套以及型錄拍攝作業。
