The Solution Consultant is an integral part of the Extended Account Team (EAT) for Airlines, responsible for discovering the customer’s needs/requirements and then providing the technical capability of Amadeus to solve them.
The Solution Consultant leads the pre-sales cycle, leverages their industry and solution expertise in articulating the value of Amadeus solutions, and are an essential part of achieving a new sale.
