1. Develop organizational human resources planning based on the group’s human resources development strategy.

4. Establish, maintain and control the human resources system of overseas subsidiaries.
1. Responsible for matters related to computerization of enterprise-wide operations (including factories, product PMs, system software, hardware, communications and information security control of each functional unit), and establish, implement, review, and improve various projects based on the company's operational needs and methods. The information system makes related operations gradually automated, systematic, transparent, and computerized, and establishes a unified information application platform for all factories with operating systems with the same functions throughout the enterprise, so that the entire enterprise's operation and management units can effectively manage in real time and improve quickly.
