1. 負責公司經營規章制度和細則制定、系統規劃年度工作計畫,制定標準化、規範化的工作流程,經總經理批准後監督執行。
2. 負責為重大決策事項組織人員提供數據支持和專項研究報告。負責定期為公司提出當前企業經營狀況分析和前景預測報告。
3. 管理協調各個部門之間的工作,確保公司經營系統整體功能發揮,對重大問題上報總經理裁決。
4. 負責組織制定公司經濟責任制考核制度和考核工作實施細則,按月考核評分及時公布。
5. 主持公司經營系統總體設計方案 ,負責全公司經營投資預算方案、在批准後組織實施。
6. 密切關注國際國內信息產業動向和趨勢,評估重大信息技術的影響,為公司引進先進信息技術提出意見和建議。
7. 負責審查部門提交的各種工作匯報,評估工作效率並對存在的問題加以處理,定期聽取直接下級述職,並做出工作評定。
