3.制定商品SOP,負責技轉及執行商品訓練。
4.巡店監督商品品質及食安管理。
5.海外商品研發及訓練品質執行監督。

Ideal Candidate

* 具備連鎖餐飲品牌研發產品經驗
* 有與央廚進行技轉經驗佳
