To manage the top level project issues & status-tracking & relevant mitigation plans
To coordinate with system design teams from silicon to system & SW design perspectives
To handle the related documents generation based on APQP process during development process.
To handle the SoC design specifications & test standards as required.
To handle the chip-level & system-level silicon validations & relevant certification.

• To Lead a team of managers and engineers including mechanical, electrical and software engineers developing
innovative video conferencing products
• Set and lead the vision for our video conference engineering team
• Provide technical guidance and oversight on multiple, parallel product development teams
• Work with technical experts in the team, and provide system architectural concept consultation with customer teams
• Able to work in flexible models with customers from CM, JDM to ODM
