派外NPI Manager(部級主管) R & R: 1. Communicate with Sales/PM the awarding of new projects for oversea factory. 2. Conduct review of new or transfer product requirement for manufacturing capability assessment thru DFx process. 3. Create PMP (Production Management Plan) and PFC (Process Flow Chart) for new projects pilot run reference. 4. Preparation of all assembly and test fixture designs. 5. Conduct new project pilot run. 6. Conduct new project pilot run review for assessment manufacturability and possible design changes. 7. Initiate, review, and approve all manufacturing documents for MP (Mass Production) readiness. 8. Transfer of new project to MP.
Product Marketing is responsible for strategy & key directive for the business, as well as engaging internal stakeholders such as Trade, Marketing, Service, PR and Sales Team towards achieving business objective.
1.Set business goals and objective and align with company overall direction
2.Plan and strategize new product launches, marketing program and channel support programs to drive sell out
3.Responsible for seeing through the marketing activation, tracking responses and sell through results of consumer promotions
